Closed won

Closed won means the deal is officially done and you won it. The prospect agreed to buy, the contract is signed, and the revenue is locked in. This is the outcome every sales rep is aiming for.

Once you know what closed won looks like, you can check your win rate. That is the share of closed won deals out of all the opportunities you pursue. If your rate trails the average, you might revisit how you qualify leads or how you follow up with prospects.
